EDMONTON, Sept 15, 2023 - Carmela Industries Inc (‘Carmela’) is pleased to announce its acquisition of all shares and assets of Custom Energized Air Ltd (‘CEA’). This new affiliation is effective August 14, 2023.
Custom Energized Air has been awarded the Certificate of Recognition (COR) through the Partnership of Injury Program in Alberta. Our health and safety management system meets Alberta Occupational Health and Safety standards and industry best practices.
