Hydraulic Power 💪
Designed to automate two large knife gate valves each, these five Hydraulic Power Units (HPU) were developed and manufactured in a joint venture with our friends at Summit Valve and Controls.
The 3 HP motors produce 2,500 PSI of hydraulic pressure at 2 GPM. The design was built using hydraulic components from Parker Hannifin, including speed control valves (for both directions), load-holding valves to prevent actuator creep, as well as low-level and high-temperature switches for safety.
