Designed to automate two large knifegate valves each, these PEAK Hydraulic Power Units (HPU) were developed and manufactured in partnership with our friends at Summit Valve and Controls.
Each HPU is powered by a 3 HP motor, generating 2,500 PSI of hydraulic pressure at 2 GPM. The design incorporates high-quality hydraulic components from Parker Hannifin, including speed control valves for precision, load-holding valves to prevent actuator creep, and safety features such as low-level and high-temperature switches.
These five units have successfully passed rigorous Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) and our thorough in-house testing. Our motion and control experts couldn’t be more pleased; this is the kind of challenge we thrive on!
