Mercy Buckets! 🗑
This machine is 100% pneumatically operated. It uses custom air logic, air valves, air sensors and switches.
Our client uses several of these units to fill 20L buckets with tar, sealants, and concrete products. Filling starts when a bucket is in place and stops when sensors are triggered. A lid is then pressed on by activating a two-handed tie-down switch.
CEA maintains these cool machines; we repair or replace components, upgrade logic systems, and modify the designs for optimal performance. Our motion and control experts love this stuff! There is no limit to the level of complexity and technology we can incorporate into these designs. 😀
