Keeping your compressed air system clean and dry is critical. Unfortunately, a recent customer learned this the hard, way when their air outlet became contaminated.
Their manual drain valve was not routinely opened; therefore, moisture built up over time, leading to corrosion that clogged the valve and forced ‘dirty air’ straight into their tools.
The Fix: CEA installed a new wall connection, complete with automatic drip drain, a filter/regulator with lubricator, and shut-off valves for easy maintenance. With these upgrades, the air is clean and dry. No manual draining is required, so tools run smoother and last much longer! 😀
