Not So Mellow Yellow ⚠️
On a recent service call, our team traced a downstream moisture issue back to a plugged strainer filter. The problem had gone unnoticed by the customer until the filter housing clogged and flooded, creating a backflow issue.
It was a good reminder that small maintenance issues can quickly lead to much bigger problems.
The customer is now on a regular preventive maintenance schedule with CEA, allowing our team to identify and address issues like this before they lead to equipment damage or unexpected downtime.
