This pneumatic control box was built for a redundant braking system on a large Eaton brake.
In this application, redundancy means there’s no single point of failure in the air control. CEA’s role was to design and assemble a control package that integrates seamlessly into the larger brake architecture. Compact, logical, and built for long-term performance.
Kevin, our lead technician, handled the assembly. As usual, the internals are laid out with intention. Clean tubing runs and accessible components make the complexity look simple.
